I am a manufacturing engineer turned product planner and UX designer with over 9 years of experience executing and managing projects in a wide range of areas from development to production in the building materials industry.
I am a naturally eager learner and informed problem solver with a keen interest in both design and business, and an excellent sense of research and concept.
After starting my current product development experience, I decided to move into a career in UX/UI design when I wanted to design related touch points beyond product development.
I decided to pursue a career in UX/UI design because it was a creative way to develop my skills and take a human-centered approach to design, while still being able to do what I always wanted to do in a business-oriented way.
And as digitalization progresses and needs become more unpredictable, and products in various industries shift to digital and agile development becomes essential, I decided to change my career to UX design. With this in mind, I enrolled in OpenClassrooms, where I learned about UX methodology and worked on various types of projects from scratch.
I am a scientific and creative thinker and can bring my organizational problem-solving skills, knowledge of design tools, and user research methods to any team. I am eager to continue learning and developing my research and design thinking skills.
Starting in 2022, I am currently working on a lean startup of a product that is technologically and market novelty. Also, since 2021, I have been working on a UX Designer diploma program at OpenClassrooms for a year and a half!
Since 2020, I worked on improving back-office processing, such as building a system to handle everything from quotation requests to order placement. I also directed the creation of catalogs and websites to increase awareness and order accuracy.
I was in charge of budget and policy management and production control for the manufacturing department.
I have skills in a variety of fields, specializing in UX design among them. Whatever your needs are, I can pretty much take on any challenge.
